1. Completely drain the waterlines, including all appliances, water  heaters as well as anti-freeze all drain lines and toilets.  I use a 130 PSI  air compressor to "blow out" all water lines completely.
2. Turn on / off electric at the main panel.  (Upon Request) 
3. Turn your heat to Low 55'F (Recommended) or Pilot / Off (Upon Request)
4. I will not touch you gas meter outside

In The Spring:

1. Turn on the water supply to the home
2. Fill your water heater 
3. Flush out any sediment / rust from water lines
4. Check for any leaks
5. Re-light pilots in house (Upon Request)
6. Turn on your water heater & home heater (Upon Request)
7. Turn on your Main Electric (Upon request)
